• NO STAINS

• WITHOUT SMELL OF PERFUME/ DEODORANT

• ALL TAGS ATTACHED TO GARMENT

• UNDAMAGED

• Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the date you received your order.

• The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable.

• Sale items are final sale only, and we do not offer refunds for items purchased on sale. At the exception that the item is faulty

• summa summa reserves the right to deny any returns that are received outside these conditions.

• Please return items via a traceable mail service as summa summa is not responsible for lost packages returned back to us.

• Please allow up to 14 business days for all returns to be processed from the date it is received by summa summa.

• Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via shop@summasumma.com.au

• Please ensure to check your Junk & Spam inboxes for all emails from summa summa

How to return your item

Send us an email at shop@summasumma.com.au with your proof of purchase and your refund or exchange request with reason, and your request will be under review.

If approved you will be given an address to send your package to.

For refunds, the funds will then be reimbursed into your account within 14 days of the parcels arrival to us.

FAULTY ITEM RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Items are carefully checked and assessed before packaging

• On the slight chance that you do not receive your purchase in perfect condition due to a manufactured fault or you feel that the item is significantly different from the image and description displayed online,

• please email us at shop@summasumma.com.au immediately before returning the item back to us with a description and image of the fault/discrepancy.

• Once approved, then be able to cover the return postage cost (applicable to only Australian orders within 14 days of the purchase date).
